Gintautas is a successful candle producer, but also a very reliable and fast rider. At his debut few months ago he finished the Dakar Rallye! After racing and winning in any class and kind of competition in the Baltic region and Africa (enduro-cross, endure, rallye), he decided to challenge himself in Dakar 2012 and he won the challenge finishing 81st out of 168 starting motorbikes!

“Last year it was my first Breslau rallye and I loved it! This year I will only race in two serious rallies: Breslau and Dakar. Of course distances are different, but navigation is critical in both races and, furthermore, it is a great testing for my Yamaha WRF 450. This is the same bike I used in Dakar, but in enduro version. I’m sure that we’ll have fun with Marcin and Stefano.
